Beadcandy is a Canadian website offering a fine selection of beads and jewellery. We are both an online store and a "brick and mortar" store operating under the name Botanical Glassworks & Gallery.

Botanical Glassworks & Gallery is operated by Michelle Bruce and is located in a renovated 80 year old house. Our store is located in the quaint village of Barry's Bay, Ontario. We are located within a 35 minute drive to Algonquin Provincial Park and just over 2 hours drive from Ottawa.

The 1500 sq ft building is broken down into 7 theme rooms which include the pottery & glass room, floral theme room, garden room, fashion accessory room, classroom/production room, sales room and lastly The Bead Room!! We carry handmade pottery and glass ornaments from numerous Canadian artists. With 100's of beautiful unique gifts available everyone should be happy to visit our lovely store.

We carry a large selection of jewelry in the store. Much of it is designed and created designed by the owner Michelle Bruce. Michelle works with wire, metal sheet, stone, freshwater pearls and lamp work glass beads to create unique one of a kind pieces.
The bead room contains thousands of beautiful beads and will inspire you to create your own jewelry. Our staff are beaders themselves and are very happy to help in your designing and purchasing of materials. We offer a range of stringing, metalworking, and wirework classes from May to October. Classes will be posted in April for the coming year. Our prices are very competitive and customers come from as far away as London and Toronto for our interesting and high quality beads.
